Linking from the Cambridge Chemistry Challenge page are some excellent free videos of lectures given by Peter Wothers (the man behind the Cambridge Chemistry Challenge) which you may not have noticed - http://www.wothers.com/, I particularly liked the Alkali Metals video. 590 people on the Honours Board for January now which is good to see
