Hi Daniel, thanks for your message.
The additional specimens are available through Interchange as it is a secure site available only to staff in OCR registered centres. This way, the paper is not in the public domain where it can be accessed by students, as this would compromise its usefulness as a mock exam. The resources section of this forum, by contrast, can be accessed by anyone.
