A912 help and guidance needed.
Hello, I have been teaching this since the specs changed( am a food teacher really).
We are struggling with A912 as it seems so broad( I think because the topics sometimes don't have definitive/factual answers). Can anyone recommend good resources or textbooks to work from. We have got a copy of most new things- but we find some of the textbooks are contradictory and don't relate to the answers that are on the markschemes for the exam.
Any help/advice/ sample schemes of work gratefully received ( I can share resources back if you like)- this unit pulled our marks down this year and I want to make sure our department is doing the right things.
