Codes for candidate entry summer 2012
Can anyone help withe the module codes that should be used to enter candidates for English Language GCSE. I thought this would be straightforward but apparently not! Our departmental information disagrees with the information which our exams office holds. What are the courework codes and in particular how should the spoken language study and speaking and listening modules be coded?

The best place to find this information is here: http://www.ocr.org.uk/administration/documents/general.aspx
in our admin guides and entry codes doc. The main thing to remember with the codes is that a repository entry component is 01 and postal moderation is 02.
For unit A652 you need to enter the Spoken Language separately to the Speaking and Listening - so a mark out of 20 and then a mark out of 40. This is explained in the latest version of the spec - please see pages 32, 33 and 38.
