Do students have to draw indifference curves?

What diagram is expected to explain public/private partnerships?

Hi and thank you for your questions.

Indifference curves are not included in the AS or A Level specifications, so students won't need to be able to draw or explain them. Regarding public/private partnerships, a standard market failure/ government intervention diagram, i.e. with MSB, MSC, MPB, MPC, effect on demand, costs etc. will suffice as long as it illustrates the answer and reflects what the question is asking.

I hope this answers your questions. Please do get in touch again if you have any further questions, via this Social Community, emailing at economics@ocr.org.uk or by calling 0122305530998.

Best wishes
